His expertise in crafting exceptional cocktails reached new heights during his tenure at Cache Speakeasy and Wormwood, where he specialized in high-end mixology. Most recently, Alex has showcased his versatility at Mothership, focusing on the art of Tiki cocktail creation. Beyond his prowess in bartending, Alex has also contributed to the educational sphere as a Mixology Instructor at Tijuana's renowned Culinary Art School. His approach harmoniously fuses time-honored traditions with contemporary innovation, solidifying his status as a transformative figure in the food and beverage sector.
